We are a community where you can flourish. Pangbourne College is a co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 11-18. Set in 230 acres within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are a small school of 461 pupils. Recently judged as ‘excellent’ in every inspection category by the ISI, we are proud to be a ‘people place’, with a focus on the individual. Providing a challenging academic curriculum, we also offer plenty of co-curricular opportunities for sport, music, drama and adventurous training, so that each individual fulfils their potential and develops confidence, values and skills to make a positive difference to the world.

Heads Welcome

Pangbourne is a community where the individual Pupils are encouraged to work hard towards academic success and we are proud of the results they achieve, but just as important is the development of their characters: their confidence and values, their creative and physical skills and their appreciation of who they are and what they can contribute to the world.

Our ethos

The College’s ‘Flag Values’ of: Kindness, Resilience, Initiative, Industry, Moral Courage, Selflessness and Integrity, underpin everything we do. Our aim is to develop well-rounded young people who leave us ready to make a positive contribution to wider society and their communities.

• Netball
• Horse riding
• Athletics
• Golf
